Documentation
Text1 – AI-powered analysis, transformation, and validation of documents.
Text1 enables you to analyze, transform, and validate large texts against a comprehensive set of rules. This allows for automatic review and processing of contracts, tenders, or technical documentation, for example.
What is Text1?
Text1 is a platform for AI-powered document analysis and transformation.
It enables you to upload extensive texts, break them down into structured fragments, and automatically review, classify, or modify them using prompts.
How it Works
1. Sign Up and Create a Workspace
After signing up, you first create a Workspace.
A workspace bundles all relevant elements:
- Documents
- Prompts
- Generated fragments
- Output formats
It serves as the central working environment for a project.
2. Upload Documents
Within a workspace, various document types can be uploaded, currently:
- PDF files
- Word documents (.docx)
- PowerPoint presentations (.pptx)
After upload, the content is automatically divided into fragments.
Fragments are logical text units, such as:
- Headings
- Paragraphs
- Lists
- Tables
These fragments can then be individually edited or analyzed.
3. Apply Prompts
Prompts can be applied to each fragment.
There are the following main categories:
Tagging Prompts
These prompts classify the content of a fragment, for example by topic, structure, or meaning.
They are freely definable, can be organized into groups, and executed individually or collectively.
Transformation Prompts
These prompts modify or extend the content of a fragment based on created tags or other analysis results.
This allows for automatic generation of text versions, summaries, or audit reports, for example.
4. Export and Output
Subsequently, the transformed or analyzed texts can be exported.
Currently, the Markdown format is supported.
This can easily be converted back to Word or other formats if needed – for example via copy & paste or using common conversion tools.
